These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Plytime platform, including all games, account services, payment features, and promotional offers. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any real-money wagers on Plytime.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on Plytime, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. Age verification is mandatory. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately suspended and any balances forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
All transactions on Plytime are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are credited immediately. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit. Plytime does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active Plytime account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether to circumvent a suspension, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other reason — is a material breach of these Terms. Plytime reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold associated balances pending investigation.
All bonuses and promotional offers on Plytime are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods, which are stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. Plytime reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
Plytime strictly prohibits collusion, use of automated betting software or bots, exploitation of software errors, money laundering, and any form of fraudulent activity. Violations will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities where required by law.
Plytime provides deposit limits, session time controls, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Players who self-exclude may not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by opening new accounts. Plytime takes its duty of care to players seriously and cooperates fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework.
1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of the Plytime online gaming platform, including all games, account services, payment processing features, promotional programs, and any other services offered by Plytime (collectively, the "Services").
1.2 By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

2.1 The Plytime platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
2.2 Plytime reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by Plytime may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
2.3 It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Plytime platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Plytime makes no representation that the Services are lawful in all locations.
3.1 To access real-money games on Plytime, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.
3.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one active Plytime account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Plytime will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 You must notify Plytime immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Plytime may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security concern.
3.5 Plytime reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
4.1 All financial transactions on Plytime are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Plytime does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. Plytime currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Plytime reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time.
4.3 Deposits. Deposits are credited to your Plytime account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Plytime does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
4.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Plytime aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
4.5 Verification Requirements. Plytime may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. You agree to provide all requested documentation promptly. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending satisfactory completion of verification.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Plytime reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts after providing 30 days' written notice. Dormant account balances will never be reduced below zero.
5.1 Plytime may offer bonuses, free plays, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and validity periods, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.
5.2 Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your account balance. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
5.3 Plytime reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a promotion if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of software errors, or breach of these Terms.
5.4 Players may only claim each promotional offer once unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and potential account suspension.
5.5 Plytime's decision on all matters relating to bonuses and promotions is final and binding.
6.1 Each game available on the Plytime platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All outcomes on Plytime's games are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is independently tested and certified to ensure genuine randomness and fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the game information section.
6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault, Plytime reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to the players' accounts. Plytime shall not be liable for any losses arising from a game malfunction beyond the refund of the original wager.
6.4 Disconnection Policy. If your internet connection is interrupted during a game round, the game will resume from the point of disconnection upon reconnection, where technically possible. Plytime is not responsible for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.
6.5 All games on Plytime are operated in compliance with PAGCOR's technical standards and regulatory requirements.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Plytime platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:
8.1 All content on the Plytime platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of Plytime or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Plytime platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content.
8.3 The Plytime name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of Plytime. You may not use any Plytime trademark without prior written consent.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Plytime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.2 Plytime's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Plytime account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Plytime does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Plytime's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
10.1 Plytime reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
10.2 You may close your Plytime account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to verification.
10.3 Plytime's decision to suspend or close an account is final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
11.1 Plytime is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings:
11.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, you may not attempt to open a new account or circumvent the exclusion in any way. Plytime will take reasonable technical measures to enforce self-exclusion.

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Plytime platform shall first be submitted to Plytime's internal dispute resolution process. You may raise a dispute by contacting our support team with full details of your complaint.
12.3 Plytime will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with Plytime's resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaints procedure.
12.4 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the above process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.1 Plytime reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Plytime will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory instruction.
13.2 Your continued use of the Plytime platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.2.
